Get Started

Welcome! I'm Skylar and I created Blue Sky Wellness in Sheridan, Wyoming as a dedicated space for mental health therapy and wellness. I envision a community where every adult has access to holistic, trauma-informed, and inclusive care that supports growth, healing, and well-being. I believe in the incredible resilience of the human spirit—the ability to find light and expansion even after facing the heaviest of life's challenges.

I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and overwhelming life experiences. My approach is warm, empowering, and authentic. Together, we’ll work to gently process the past, shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel lost or stuck, while exploring what wellness means to you.

Your healing is a collaborative effort centered entirely on your choices and your story. I work from a whole-person perspective, combining highly effective trauma therapies with holistic wellness practices to ensure your journey results in growth, healing, and a reclamation of your most authentic self.

Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in safety, choice, and authenticity. You can expect a space where all parts of you are welcome.
