We use evidence-based practices like EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with holistic mind-body strategies like mindfulness & meditation, parts work, somatic awareness, grounding techniques, and biofeedback. We want to ensure you are not only gaining tangible skills for managing emotions and regulating your nervous system but are also supported to actively address the root of your symptoms.
